[:en]Babies are sweet and soft and very pliable. In order for the newborn to pass through the birth canal all of the skull bones are able to overlap; the knees have no ridged knee cap and the baby is folded into the common fetal position of arms and legs close to the torso. The natural birth process involving steady strong contractions is the first cranial sacral session.
The birth process is not the reason baby cries. The newborn cries with the change of environment, air temperature, noise level and most of all glaring light. Babies born in low light, quiet environments will be born calm and with the minimum crying required to inflate their newly functioning lungs. Once in the head is out the heart has rebooted to accept the new internal functioning it had never before experienced having relied on mother to provide all that during gestation. Crying, hiccoughing are all signs of the heart growing stronger in its function. Happy Birthday.[:he]

תינוקות הם מתוקים רכים וגמישים. על מנת שתינוק תיוולד התינוק בכדי לעבור דרך תעלת הלידה וצריך העצמות גלגולת של הוולד לעשות השתלבות, אחד על השני; לברכיים אין בכלל כיסוי קשה והתינוק עובר למצב מקופל לתוך עצמו בתנוחה אוברתי עם הזרעות והרגליים כלפי בית חזה. התהליך הטבעי של הלידה שמעורב בהתכווצויות איברתיות חזקות והוא התרפיה הראשונה שגוף התינוק מקבל/ת בחיים.

התהליך של לידה למעשה לא הסיבה ממנו בוכה התינוק/ת. אלא, שהתינוק בוכה מסיבות סביבתיות, חום מזג האויר, רעשים שהוא לא רגיל/ה אליהם והאורות שחזקות. תינוקות שנולדים לסביבות עם אור מנומך, וסביבה שקטה יולדו רגועים ובכי מועטת שיבטיח בטח לשימוש חדש של הראות. ברגע שהראש יוצאת החוצה הלב מחדשת גם באופן השימוש בה שלא הכירה עד כה התינוק.  הבריה העוברתי היתה מונשם ומוזרם הדם באופן פסיבי כמעט עם חילוף החומרים מתיפקודים הרגילים של האם. ולכן מובא שבכי וגיהוק הם פשוט סימנים מופיעים להראות שהלב הולכת ומתחזקת בתיפקודה . יום הולדת שמח.
